Hyatt Centric Park City

Our overall experience at this property was excellent! The location is ideal for proximity to the mountain and skiing, and the on-site heated parking was a great bonus. Our top-floor room was spacious with soaring ceilings, featuring a delightful balcony and fireplace. The room’s larger mini fridge and small sink proved very convenient for snacks, leftovers, and beverages. Kudos to the phenomenal housekeeping team for maintaining a clean and comfortable room throughout our stay. Returning to a fresh-smelling room with crisp sheets and towels was a daily pleasure. The front desk staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating. However, the bed could have been more comfortable. The major inconvenience was the semi-operational elevator in our building, requiring staff assistance, leading to some frustration in navigating the property. Nevertheless, the staff handled this with utmost professionalism. Hopefully Hyatt can prioritize fixing the elevator issues so that guests can navigate the property without having to fetch a staff member repeatedly.

I had a wonderful stay at Hyatt Centric Park City for NYE 2023/2024. I brought my 9mo Golden Retriever and was so excited to experience a luxury hotel with my dog, something I've wanted to try for as long as I can remember. The 37-person hot tub, fitness center restrooms with a sauna and steam room, and the chair lift to Canyons just steps away were my favorite amenities. I can't wait to go back!

Absolutely gorgeous! Love this Hyatt Centric (on the Canyons side) at Park City. Having stayed at Hyatt hotels all over the world, this Centric is absolutely top tier. The amenities - heated pool, hot tubs, fitness center, steam room, sauna are perfect. Ski in / ski out, steps to restaurants and other amenities make the location amazing. During the holiday season, the staff put on a series of wonderful events and activities for the children - so thoughtful and fun! Special thanks to Jazmin for making our stay incredibly memorable, one we’ll never forget. Look forward to our next visit.

Stayed at this beautiful property for a quick getaway with some friends on 12/03/23 and it did not disappoint. The staff were extremely friendly. Charlie and his front office staff were excellent, as well as the great service by the gentleman at the bar. Will definitely stay here again and would strongly recommend Hyatt Centric Park City to anyone looking for a great mountain getaway.

Staff was amazing! So helpful and friendly from check-in to the valet that helped us with where to park our side by side. Hotel is clean, modern, quiet and comfortable. Love the location- it’s close to everything you’d want to do in Park City. Several hot tubs at this property make it nice to spread out when it can be busy in the winter I’m sure. We’ve done the Waldorf up the road several times and the St Regis but this was our first time at this Hyatt and we’d choose it again over the Waldorf! Just as beautiful/comfortable rooms- only without the fancy lobbies in my opinion.

Luxury getaway tucked next to the mountain side in park city. Located 35-40 min from the salt lake city airport. Brought my entire team here for a business meeting and couldn't have been happier with the facilities and the location. Rooms come in multiple sizes but the one I have featured in pictures is the large one bedroom suite that has 1.5 baths. Very large spacious with patio seating and makes you feel at home in a very large space with full kitchen. Great location for an extended stay, also has a pool, business center, on site activity coordinator, restaurant and room service availability. Highly recommend a stay here

Absolutely loved our stay at Hyatt Centric. We were here for a work outing, and the event staff from start to finish took excellent care of us. Rooms were clean and beautiful. Loved fireplace, the private patio/balcony, all of it! They hosted our welcome reception; the staff was great, food was very good. I want to give a HUGE shoutout to Riley the valet, she works tirelessly with a terrific attitude, she is an asset to the team!
